General terms and conditions

1. These general terms and conditions apply to all services (consultations, medical procedures, treatments and/or supply of products) offered and provided by Dr. Tonnard Patrick and Dr. Verpaele Alexis (hereinafter: “the Practice”).
2. By making an appointment or using the services of the Practice, the client declares that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
1. These terms are published on www.tonnardverpaele.com and are also provided electronically when booking a surgical procedure.
2. By using the services and/or the website, the client expressly agrees to the application of these terms.
1. The agreement is concluded once an appointment has been scheduled and confirmed by email.
2. The confirmation email serves as proof of the agreement.
1. These terms prevail over any conflicting conditions of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. When scheduling a surgical procedure, an administrative fee of 10% of the total cost is charged. A payment request will be sent by email.
2. Payment must be made within 48 hours. Failure to pay results in automatic cancellation.
3. Proof of payment may be requested for bank transfers.
4. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before the procedure.
1. If rescheduled in time (at least 14 days in advance), the administrative fee is transferred to the new date.
2. If cancelled in time but no new appointment is made within 6 months, the administrative fee is non-refundable.
1. The Practice has an obligation of best efforts, not of results. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.
1. The client must provide all necessary information and complete the medical questionnaire accurately.
2. The Practice is not liable for damage or complications resulting from incorrect, incomplete or withheld information.
3. The client confirms that all relevant medical information has been provided truthfully.
1. The client must arrive on time.
2. If more than 15 minutes late without notice, the Practice may shorten or reschedule the treatment. Full payment remains due.
3. Repeated lateness may result in refusal of future appointments.
1. The client may be accompanied by one person only, who must wait in the designated area.
1. The Practice is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
