    b. Performance of the agreement;
    c. Legal obligations;
    d. Vital interests of the patient.

MEDICAL DATA

1. Medical data are considered special category data and are processed only when necessary.
2. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to protect them.

RETENTION

1. Data are retained in accordance with Belgian law and professional regulations.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

1. The client has the right to:
    a. Access their data;
    b. Request correction;
    c. Request restriction;
    d. Object to processing;
    e. Request data portability.
2. Requests must be submitted in writing to the Practice.

SECURITY

1. Appropriate measures are taken in accordance with GDPR and Belgian legislation.

APPLICABLE LAW

1. Belgian law applies. Only the courts of Ghent have jurisdiction.
