MACS-FACELIFT
The MACS-lift (Minimal Access Cranial Suspension lift) is a facial rejuvenation technique developed by Dr. Patrick Tonnard and Dr. Alexis Verpaele, now recognized and practiced worldwide. Unlike traditional facelift methods, the MACS-lift is designed to restore youthful contours with minimal scarring and a faster recovery. Through a short, discreet incision near the ear, the deeper structures of the face are gently lifted using vertical suspension, targeting sagging in the cheeks, jawline, and neck without creating an overstretched or artificial look. NANOFAT AND OTHER REGENERATIVE APPROACHES
Nanofat is one of the most promising innovations in regenerative aesthetic medicine — and a field in which Dr. Tonnard and Dr. Verpaele have played a pioneering role. By processing a small amount of the patient’s own fat into an ultra-purified, cell-rich fluid, nanofat can be injected into the skin to stimulate tissue repair, improve tone and texture, and restore a more youthful quality. Unlike traditional fillers, nanofat doesn’t add volume, it regenerates.
Often combined with microfat or SNIF techniques (lipofilling), these regenerative approaches offer natural, subtle enhancement, and can be used in the face, hands, and other delicate areas.
